Terms and Conditions for Camino Athletes Services
1. Student-Athlete Responsibilities: The athlete and/or parent/guardian agrees that the prospective student-athlete will be responsible for submitting all necessary applications, test scores, and paperwork to fulfill requirements for admission to a university. 2. Use of Photos and Videos: Camino Athletes is authorized to use the photos and videos provided by the prospective student-athlete to be posted on the website and social media account.3. Response Time: The athlete and/or parent/guardian agrees to respond to Camino Athletes within 72 hours of communication. If this time frame is not met, Camino Athletes reserves the right to terminate the agreement without a refund.4. Termination of Service: Camino Athletes reserves the right to refund the athlete and/or parent/guardian and terminate the service for the prospective student-athlete at any point for any reason.5. Athletic Scholarship and University Admission: The athlete and/or parent/guardian acknowledges that the use of Camino Athletes services does not guarantee that the prospective student-athlete will receive an athletic scholarship or admission into a university.6. Payment and Refunds: By signing this agreement, the athlete and/or parent/guardian agrees to pay for the services provided to the prospective student-athlete by Camino Athletes. The parent/guardian acknowledges that refunds will only be authorized if the services are not provided and not if the services do not yield the desired results.7. College Fit: Camino Athletes will make every effort to find the right fit for the prospective student-athlete based on the information provided. However, the athlete and/or parent/guardian acknowledges that the prospective student-athlete may receive offers from colleges or universities that may not match their exact criteria.8. Limitation of Liability: Camino Athletes will not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from the services provided, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages.9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved through mutual agreement between Camino Athletes and the athlete and/or parent/guardian . In the event that a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of law as determined by Camino Athletes.10. Governing Law: The agreement will be governed by the laws of the state in which Camino Athletes operates.11. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between them.12. Verification of Times and Results: The times and results provided by Camino Athletes are verified official results.By submitting payment, the athlete and/or parent/guardian agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined above.
